Mimik_doesart: TOS
Intro:
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and services and I will thus work under the assumption you have read my terms of service and agree to them. These terms specify the rights I have as an artist and expectations for commissioning my artwork.
General Terms:
To commission me, you must be over the age of 18 or have a legal guardian's permission to do so. I, as the artist have the right to decline a commission, without needing a reason (although, most times, I will specify why). I accept both personal and commercial commissions/commissions which are used for your (client's) finnancial gain, if it is used for finnancial gain, it will affect the price.
Pricing:
My pricing is done by per hour it takes me, so the final price may be higher than the estimated 'max' price. I require a payment of at least 10% upfront before i start the commission and the rest of the payment after you have received the artwork. My current payment method is PayPal (through Artistree) and I do not accept refunds after a commission has started/is completed, I may accept refunds only if I haven't started the commission at the time of client's request.
Behaviour & Copyright:
Also, by commissioning me you agree that your behaviour, as the client, towards me, the artist, is respectful and vice versa. As the artist, I keep the rights to my artwork, and thus I have the right to post the art online (unless we have agreed otherwise). As the client, you agree that the commission is for personal use only unless you have directly stated that it's for commercial use and we agree, you may not use my artwork for commercial use without my permission, you may not edit, trace, or claim the work as your own, if you wish to post it online, please inform me and give credit.
